These few days very tired. Even my best bro today say I look very pale at the gym lol. But I think my condition is quite ok already, I think its time to step back into the ring and fight. My stamina and strength is there already, now only need to practice more on technique... But that one can only practice with coach or while sparring.
I find my strength training hit a wall. I can't increase or get stronger. Its very hard to overcome. Need to seek some advice from my other training friends I guess... Maybe i'm training wrongly.
Today feel quite down... At least now I feel quite down. Dunno why. Got some things in my mind and got some things I want to do but I dunno how to go about to do it.
Stressed.
